Advertise 1. Can anyone advertise on QOTV? No. Only industry and QOTV content related companies/individuals (e.g., musicians, film/videomakers, writers, editors, film festivals, production companies, etc.) can advertise on this website. Why? Studies have shown that web surfers prefer related advertising as opposed to non-related. We also don't want to clutter up the pages or bombard our audience. Health care related organizations/companies, clothing and accessory apparel, gay cruises, are exempt. QOTV reserves the right to decline any advertiser.
2. What about cabaret artists and musicals? Well, you can't get much more gay than a cabaret or musical (regardless of whether it's straight or not), so QOTV considers these forms of entertainment as public services. Cabaret and musical advertisements will be placed on the music page as either GIF/JPEG banners or embedded videos. Gay themed (non-musical) plays will be considered on a case by case basis. Cabaret Artists $100 a week (September/October Special) Musicals $200 a week-- 1 month minimum. (September/October Special - $150 a week)
3. What kind of advertisements is QOTV looking for? - Trailers (embedded) - Banner ads - Links for DPs and below-the-line talent - Cabaret acts and Musicals - Director, editor, and DP reels

To qualify-- 1) have one professional email a recommendation; 2) email us a link to your reel or website with samples of your work; and 3) include a contact number in your initial email. Why is there a vetting process? By putting your link on our website, we are, basically, telling our audience that you are worth checking out. Be advsied, that if we receive a lot of negative responses to you or your work, this may affect your acceptance in the future. We will contact you only if you have been accepted. Email us at: weblink@queersotv.com
9. Why is QOTV so damn picky? Part of QOTV’s mission is to empower independent gay talent and producers.
